Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Who you contract with

Your agreement is with MIND BLOWING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16664623, with its registered office at Office 15753 Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN (we, us, our). Figalt is our product name. For service, billing, cancellation, privacy or legal notices, email [email protected] or write to our registered office.

Using the service

These terms govern your use of Figalt, our website and vector editor. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use the service with the authorization of a parent or guardian who accepts them.

Accounts and guest access

You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Guest access uses a service identity and does not guarantee recovery after browser data is cleared or a session is lost. Provide accurate information when registering and do not access another person’s account without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of your designs and other content. You grant us permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service, including rendering, synchronization and the sharing you enable. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content.

Sharing and collaboration

You control whether to make eligible documents public. Public documents and linked assets may be viewed and copied by others. Team membership grants access to team documents according to the service’s access rules. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings and collaborators. Public access alone does not transfer ownership or grant a separate commercial license to another user’s work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, or access data without authorization. Do not impersonate others or use the service to distribute abusive or illegal content.

Content complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights or violates these terms, submit a report identifying the document or URL, the relevant rights, the reason for the complaint and a way to contact you. Only submit reports you believe are accurate. We may investigate, seek further information, restrict access or remove content as appropriate under applicable law. This reporting process does not limit legal remedies available to you.

Service and third-party materials

The application, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software or branding. Third-party services, fonts, images and other assets may carry their own terms and licenses.

Availability and changes

Features, limits and availability may change. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent storage. Keep independent exports of important work. Any paid offering must disclose its price and applicable billing terms before purchase.

Plans and prices

The Free plan provides the editor, import, export, collaboration, sync and storage features described on our pricing page and is supported by ads. Plus costs $9 per month or $90 per year, billed in advance for the chosen period. Plus includes no ads and human support. Prices are in US dollars; the checkout must show the total payable, including applicable taxes, before you confirm. Only offerings available for purchase at checkout can be ordered.

Renewal and cancellation

Plus renews for successive periods of the duration you select only if you expressly agree to recurring billing at purchase. You authorize those agreed charges until cancellation. Cancel through the billing controls provided with your purchase, or email [email protected] from your account email with your order details. We must receive cancellation before the renewal charge to stop that renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless you request immediate termination or a refund requires access to end. Cancellation does not itself refund an elapsed or partly used period, subject to statutory rights below. We will give advance notice of renewal price changes and any notices required by applicable law, with an opportunity to cancel before a changed price applies.

Lifetime membership

Lifetime costs $188 once and is limited to 100 memberships. It provides Plus benefits for the operating life of the service, including priority human support; it is not a promise that the company or service will operate forever. Membership is tied to one account and cannot be transferred. Founding Supporters recognition is part of this offering; contact us before publication if you do not want your name displayed. Statutory remedies for failure to deliver purchased benefits remain unaffected.

Team billing

Individual subscriptions and each team’s subscriptions are billed separately; a team purchase covers only the members and team identified in the order. A person placing a team order must be authorized to bind that team or organization.

Refunds and consumer cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing at a distance, you generally have 14 days after making a service contract to cancel without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with an unambiguous cancellation statement, your name, account email, order identifier and purchase date; no special form is required. You may use this model notice: “To MIND BLOWING LTD: I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” If you expressly request service during the cancellation period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service already supplied. Loss of cancellation rights for fully performed services or immediately supplied digital content applies only where the necessary prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained; merely using the site does not waive those rights. We will issue any refund due within the legally required period, normally within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. You retain remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services or digital content. Other mandatory local consumer rights, including any applicable renewal cancellation rights, remain unaffected. Outside statutory rights or an expressly stated offer, refunds are assessed on the circumstances; these terms do not promise an unconditional refund.

Payment problems and voluntary support

Contact [email protected] promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges. We may pause paid benefits after a failed payment while providing any notice or cure period required by law; this does not cancel accrued valid charges. Voluntary contributions through external support links follow the terms shown there and do not buy a subscription or membership unless expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to address violations, abuse, legal requirements or threats to the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

What happens when access ends

Export work before closing your account or leaving a team where possible. Ending access does not automatically delete content shared with a team or copies already obtained by others. To request account or personal data deletion, use the privacy request procedure in our Privacy Policy. Content permissions continue only as needed to complete requested deletion, maintain authorized shared copies or meet legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including ownership and accrued obligations, survive termination.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. For consumers, these exclusions do not remove responsibility for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Governing law and courts

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory laws or courts available in your country of residence; consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts where provided by law.

Disputes and mandatory rights

Please contact us with a description of a dispute and the outcome you seek so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim, contacting a regulator or using remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or require consumers to give up the protections or courts available to them under mandatory law.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may not transfer our obligations in a way that reduces your mandatory rights. These terms and the terms expressly agreed for a particular purchase govern that use or purchase; mandatory law prevails over any conflicting provision.

Changes and contact

Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or other appropriate means before they take effect where required by law, and seek consent where required. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
